As we informed you yesterday, the Apple Store Upper East Side New York City opened this Saturday, and Apple's sales chief Angela Ahrendts (Which is the highest paid executive in the United States), was at the inauguration. Angela ahrendts tweeted from the event, and took photos with visitors who came to the Apple Store Upper East Side. The store is on the corner of 940 Madison Avenue 74th St, near Central Park.
As we commented to you in this article, Apple has been working to return the building, which dates back to 1920, chandeliers y Marble floors. The exterior still maintains the original appearance of the building, and Apple has put a black flag with a white Apple logo, above the marble entrance. In addition, as the building was once a bank, the steel armored vault has given way to make a VIP room, which will be used for private meetings with business clients. Following, we show you the tweets, where you can see the pictures inside the Apple Store Upper East Side, including the steel vault.

Not everyone is happy with the opening of the store. Local residents have complained that it will bring crowds of shoppers to this quiet neighborhood, (by Manhattan standards), it is a luxury neighborhood.
