AirServer is updated with the possibility of recording what happens on the screen

For some time now I was looking for a program that would allow me to duplicate the screen of my iPhone or iPad on the Mac with real-time interaction to show certain aspects of the system to friends or simply watch a movie relaxed in front of the screen that would have been downloaded to the iPad for example. At first I noticed Reflector, a program with characteristics similar to AirServer but that did not quite convince me due to its price and its inability to display the proper resolution even though the current version is more optimized

It was then that I definitely set AirServer as the default program for this task, since it also allowed me to use it for a similar price. installation on 5 different Macs.

Now in its latest update it has included support so that you can record everything that happens on the screen of your iPhone or iPad and be able to save it in H.264 / ACC format on your Mac, either to later show some special feature in full screen or as a tutorial to be able to embed it later in your blog or wherever you need to have it.

This, as I already said, is quite useful although you do not think that it is not exempt from restrictions and that is that applications like Yomvi or others that can make use of visualization of DRM protected content it will not be possible to view them through this program. Even with everything, I think it is the best option to take into account when it comes to being able to give a wider use to our iOS devices without having to walk with an Apple TV and a dedicated television for this task.

More information - Reflector acts as a mirror of your iPhone or iPad on Mac.
