Apple loses out in customer experience survey

Apple-store-strategy-0

It seems that Apple is not going through its best momentsYes, it maintains sales quite well, but there is more than one who criticizes its policies. A few days ago, for example, we saw Walter Isaacson (whoever was the writer of the Steve Jobs biography) criticized Apple's policy of creating new products, saying Google was much more innovative.

Now are the polls that make Apple have a hard time, and a survey related to something that is one of Apple's biggest concerns: customer experience. And it is that not everything was going to be videos of happy people using Apple products, it seems that real customers are not happy with certain aspects of the brand ...

customer experience survey

In this survey published in the Wall Street Journal (with source from Forrester Research) we can see how Apple lags behind Amazon, Sony, Samsung, and Microsoft.

The questions they asked are the following:

  1. How nice is it to do business with them?
  2. How easy is it to do business with them?
  3. How effective have the solutions been to your needs?

Amazon is a giant in customer experience. Great customer service, great ease of purchase, etc ... It is a brand that has always been above all.

On the other hand we see that Apple has improved over previous analysis of this survey, but is that really the important data is the great growth of rivals, and it seems that the batteries have been put to improve the Apple customer experience.

Interests involved to harm Apple or not, what is clear is that (from my point of view) the Apple customer can be satisfied with their policies. I only see complaints in the problems that they can put from time to time with the two years of guarantee of the European Union.

Of course, if Apple wants to wash its hands, they will surely improve all the aspects that they can see that they are lacking compared to their competitors.
