Launch a quick print of your documents from the Finder

Print-finder-0

The other day a relative came to our house who needed me to print a series of documents that he had previously scanned, but that your printer won't work, could not finish the job.

So I started to insert the pendrive where all those documents were located in the mac and what I found was not what I expected. There were so many scattered in different folders and had to be sorted to find out what was printed.

Some were in word format, some were excel and quite a few pdf. I commented to him how to group pdfs when they had to do with the same and not make one of each page, so we were chatting while I was opening each of them and giving it to print from the specific program and from the corresponding menu, one by one.

There were quite a few and as it seemed very heavy to be like that, I tried to find a solution to that. Then I realized that it sounded like a keyboard shortcut which made the function of sending directly to the printer by default, all the files selected from the Finder, be in whatever format.

Indeed that combination was »CMD + P«, with this simple command, although it seems silly, we get save enough time when having to print large volumes of "scattered" files that once together we do not have to open with your program, enter the File menu and give the option to print.

I said, an effective and easy way to get to the same path through two different places. Although yes, they are professional design applications It will ask us before the print configuration in an intermediate step, in any case it is the fastest way to do it.
