On this occasion, this update solves the problems that some computers had when it came to connect to Wi-Fi networks and file sync error with iCloud Drive, an error that allowed us to upload or download documents stored in Apple's storage service.
This is the second supplemental update that Apple is forced to release after macOS Catalina update 10.15.6. If there are no new bugs, this supplemental update will likely be the last one you receive, so if your device is not among the Big Sur compatible models, 10.15.6 will be the last update, as long as it isn't. any major security breach that may affect the integrity of the computers managed by Catalina is stopped.
Like the rest of the updates, this new supplemental update is available through System preferences, riding a Software update. If you have automatic updates turned on, your device has probably already been updated.
