For this, the company founded by the now philanthropist Bill Gates has launched an important update that includes some news but above all, it corrects many errors.
The new update of Office 2016 for Mac released by Microsoft fixes multiple security vulnerabilities, bugs and adds new features to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and Outlook.
The version of 15.18.0 Office 2016 for Mac Allows you to enable full screen mode in Outlook in order to be able to view multiple messages side by side.
In Word, now the files PDF can be saved on flash drives. Meanwhile, Excel and PowerPoint have gained new selection panels that allow you to keep track of worksheet objects and slide show objects, respectively, and rearrange their location and order.
In OneNote, shapes can now be added to notebook pages, and includes built-in shape gallery support.
Additionally, they all include general bug fixes and improvements.
The update is completely free through Microsoft AutoUpdate at Office 2016 for Mac, or from the Microsoft Download Center, and requires OS X Yosemite 10.10 or later and a valid Office 365 subscription.
