This is the data on diversity in terms of Apple workers

Diversity-at-Apple

One more year the results are made public as far as Apple workers are concerned. It is no one's secret that Apple has always ensured the rights of its workers and that whoever enters to work at Apple is very rare that they decide to leave unless economic conditions improve. Today we bring you the data on the effort that, little by little, Apple is making in terms of the integration of different races or ethnicities in your organization chart in addition to equal opportunities for men and women.

It is true that the data is not scandalously better, but we can see that compared to last year the number of women working in the different levels of Apple has increased by one percent. We would be talking about that a year ago, the number of men who worked at Apple was 69% compared to 31% of women and this year we have 32% women compared to 68% men.

It is clear that these are not alarming figures, but taking into account the number of people who work at Apple we could say that 1% represents many people. The person responsible for making this improvement in equal opportunities between men and women in addition to the inclusion of people of different races or ethnicities is, in addition to people such as CEO Tim Cook, who ensures equal rights, Apple's Global Vice President of Human Resources, Denise Young-Smith.

Already at the time, Apple made a public statement in which it assured that they would do everything in their power to increase diversity within Apple, since this would allow the company to grow in many aspects. If right now we stopped to look at the percentages of the different races of employees that make up Apple's organization chart, we would have to 9% correspond to black workers, 56% to white employees, 12% to Hispanics, 20% to Asians and the rest are divided into other ethnic groups.

What is clear is that in these times, the diversity within companies it is a theme that must be given more and more since it enriches not only the workers themselves but also those of us who visit their stores.
