These are the sounds that we will find in the HomePod

Already our colleague Jordi a few days ago told us about the hardware characteristics that the future Apple speaker will have and is that thanks to its source code and the developers who have access to it, interesting details of the hardware are being seen, such as that will have 1GB of RAM or that the LED screen will have a resolution of 272 × 340 pixels.

The developers have continued to study the source code that Apple has made available to them and have found some sounds that will surely be the ones that we will finally hear when using this speaker.

As you may have already read, on other occasions the same has also happened and it is that Apple launches the betas of its systems with things that can be observed by ordinary mortals while others are hidden in the source code as is the case with these supposed sounds. More specifically, these sounds have been located in a folder of that firmware «audio OS" and they are:

alarm1.wav
Lighthouse.wav
SessionInactive-b238.wav
SetupFinal-b238.m4a
SetupStepSource-b238.m4a
SetupStepTarget-b238.m4a
timer1.wav
TwoShot-b238.wav
WOCAudioPasscodeTone.wav

We have been lucky enough to be able to locate a vineyard in which we can hear these sounds:

If I tell you the truth, each time I learn more about this new apple product, I am more convinced that it will be a success like the AirPods. We will be attentive to what is happening as far as this fantastic speaker is concerned. Are you waiting for December to come to get it? You have to be careful to have everything prepared and be able to buy it through someone else that has an Apple ID from any of the countries where it will be available for sale in the first batch.
