In the report they have published they have paid special attention to the new A8 processor that it mounts, the flash memory that has been used for internal storage or the new heat sink that has been completely redesigned. What's more, They have revealed the interior of the new Siri Remote, which from what we have seen, has an engineering very similar to those of the current iPod nano.
As we can see in the photographs published by iFixit, the device has a chip called A0 and It has 64-bit dual-core with 2 GB of LPDDR3 SDRAM memory. In addition you can see an internal SK Hynix NAND flash drive either 32 GB or 64 GB, a Universal Scientific Industrial WiFi module and a 10/100 Ethernet port.
