As the weeks go by, Apple not only adds new chapters of the series that have been available since November 1, the date on which Apple TV + started, but also new series and documentaries are being added. But in addition, also upcoming releases announced.
The comedy Mythic Quest: Raven's Banquet is one of the upcoming releases coming to Apple's video streaming service. Will do it February 7th 2020 and is directed by the same de Hanging in Philly (It's Always Suuny in Philadelphia), Charlie Day and Rob McElhenncey.
Megan Ganz (Modern Family and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia) is the executive producer of this new series, a series that shows us the challenges of run a successful video game studio. McElhenney is the lead actor in this series alongside Ian Grimm, F. Murray Abraham, Danny Pudi, Imani Hakim, Charlotte Nicdao, David Hornsby, Ashly Burch, and Jessie Ennis. Some cast members have not only appeared in It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, but also in other hit comedies like Community.
The series is produced by Lionsgate, 3 Arts Entertainment, and Ubisoft (a well-known video game developer). The first season will premiere on February 7 and is composed of 9 episodes of 30 minutes duration. At the moment we do not know if this series will renew for a second season as some of the series that we can currently find on Apple TV + have already done, including some that have not yet been released.
The announcement of the premiere of this new series occurs one day after the presentation of the documentary series Visible: Out on television, documentary series that focuses on the impact of the LGTBi collective on television.
For now we know without hearing about Apple's intentions with the movie de The Banker, after being forced to cancel the premiere over allegations of sexual abuse by one of the film's producers.
